Iowa City automotive factory to layoff 37 workers
IOWA CITY, Iowa (AP) - International Automotive Components says it is cutting 37 jobs from its factory in Iowa City. The Detroit-based company blames a dramatic slowdown in car manufacturing and the country's economic downturn for the cuts.
