Sterling is on board for sales tax hike referendum
STERLING - A second sales tax hike referendum to benefit school infrastructure has the support of the county's largest school district. The Sterling School Board Tuesday decided to ask the Whiteside County Board to place the 1-cent sales tax hike question on April's ballot.
